Habitat Chiropractic is a neurologically focused family, paediatric and prenatal Chiropractic Studio in Kaiapoi and Amberley, North Canterbury.

We believe that by allowing the central nervous system to function at its best then all facets of life will be enhanced allowing you to discover and explore your potential, no matter your age, story or situation.

Here at Habitat Chiropractic, what we do is a way of life and we are on a mission to support growing families to express their best with gentle, effective and customised chiropractic care. We are excited to work with you and your family to achieve an abundance of health goals.

OUR APPROACH

01.  INITIAL CONSULTATION

The first step is to meet with one of our Chiropractor’s here at Habitat to determine how we can help and if we are the best fit for you and your family.

02. EXAMINATION

If we determine that we can help, a thorough health history will be taken followed by a neuro-structural examination and referral for spinal x-ray’s or other imaging if clinically required.

03. report of findings

Care at Habitat is centred around you. Your second appointment with us will be what we call your Report of Findings visit. We will discuss your current health status along side your goals and provide you with our best recommendation's moving forward based on our findings from your initial consultation and examination. If you are happy to proceed, this is where you will receive your first adjustment.

04. regular visits

Our care plans include a series of regular adjustment visits. The frequency will be discussed at your report visit.

05. checkpoint visits

As your care progresses we like to conduct checkpoint visits. These are extended visits in which we get to check in, track and reassess your functional outcomes and goals as you journey through your care with us.

06. ongoing care

Most of our practice members choose to utilise chiropractic care for themselves and their families well after their initial phase of care as part of their ongoing health regime. Ask us what vitalistic wellness care might mean for you and your family.
